SQL Server DB to big, out of disk space

Good day,

we have a server setup where cube & datawarehouse data located on same drive but the datawarehouse db has increased a lot over the past few months and running out of disk space

is there a qeury to check which tables & data are not used in Datawarehouse & cubes?
